August 01, 2002 [Republika - Editor] The Moda Bali Association, led by Ika Mardiana, an Indonesian well- known designer launches �Designer Corner� in Seminyak Street of Kuta, as the selling and promotion place for national designers.  The Designer Corner is opened for any Indonesian designer who wants to promote his/ her design to foreigners, said Ika Mardiana  Some products with the special Indonesian style and materials of various designers from Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Bali are already placed in the stand. The prices of the products vary from Rp.200,000 up to Rp. 2.5 million.  Ika said that the target markets of Designer Corner are the foreign visitors who spend holidays in Bali.
